Ordinary Shares
Ordinary shares are the foundation of SACCO membership.
- Every new member must purchase an initial number of ordinary shares as required by Ugandan cooperative law.
- After registration, members can freely buy more shares to increase their ownership stake and qualify for certain services, such as loan acquisition.
Investors’ Forum Shares
Special shares purchased with the intention of joining the elite Investor’s Forum. Investor’s Forum Shares unlock exclusive benefits, deeper involvement in SACCO growth, and enhanced financial returns.
Forum shares are structured in three investment tiers:
